You can estimate the delivery time and the shipping fees of your order at the cart step in the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" part. Depending on shipping methods, the delivery time may vary a lot and the shipping fees can be fixed or variable (based on the weight of your order).

We are committed to respect the delivery dates estimated at the cart , shipping and confirmation steps. These estimated dates take into account the shipping method, the storage location and the availability. Please note that a product may be indicated as in stock on the product page but pending for replenishment at the cart step if you added a larger quantity in your cart than the total quantity we have in stock. In case of delay in delivery, we can send you on request a promotional code which can be used on your next order.

For the products which cannot be shipped within 24 hours (on order products, pending for replenishment products or products stored in a warehouse which is not managing shipments), you can contact us to get a more accurate delivery date which will take into account current suppliers orders, delivery times from another warehouse and other factors affecting the delivery date.

Shipping costs are free with no minimum purchase. Depending on the value of your order, we can upgrade the shipping method by giving you the benefit of a carrier offering superior quality of service at no additional cost.

  Whatever the country of delivery, delivery is free with no minimum purchase required for Standard Post. For Standard Post with tracking, delivery is free from 50 € of purchases.

• Tracking

  For any shipment made through the Deutsche Post, we will send you a tracking number which will allow you to track the parcel on the https://www.deutschepost.de. You can also access directly this service by going in the "My orders" part of your account and by selecting the order you would like to track. If you do not want to connect, you can also use the Guest service to track your order.

• Insurance

  All shipments made through the Deutsche Post service are provided with an insurance for the value of the products shipped. In order to take advantage of this insurance in case of problem, please have a look on the rulesReturns & Replacements and on our Terms of sale.

• Remark

  Complaint regarding damaged products via the Deutsche Post must be performed within 72 hours after the date of delivery to our customer service or to Deutsche Post.

• Estimated delivery time

  For orders shipped to US, DHL generally ensures a delivery within 2-3 days.
  
  For orders shipped destinations in Europe, DHL ensures a delivery within 1 or 2 days..

• Tracking

  For any shipment made through the DHL service, we will send you a tracking number which will allow you to track the parcel on the DHL website. You can also access directly this service by going in the "My orders" part of your account and by selecting the order you would like to track.
